With this information, we want to inform you that under Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR 2016/679), containing provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects concerning the processing of personal data; any personal data provided by you will be processed in compliance with the legislation mentioned above and according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights, with particular reference to integrity, confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

Quality of personal data and categories

1.1 The personal data being processed belong to the category of the so-called "common data", and are those entered by you among the following: Name, Surname, Telephone, Mobile, address, E-Mail, City, Province, Request, or required course.

1.2 The IP number and the type of browser used by you to connect to the domain (non-identifying data), automatically recorded by the logical protection and control devices and used exclusively for the purpose of controlling network traffic, may be the object of processing.

1.3 TECHNICAL COOKIES

This Site uses technical cookies, which allow the correct functioning of some sections of the Site. These cookies, always sent from our domain, are necessary to view the Site correctly and relate to the technical services offered. Therefore, they will always be used and sent unless the User changes the settings in their browser (thus invalidating the display of the site pages).

1.4 ANALYTICAL COOKIES

Purpose of the processing for which the data are intended

The personal data provided by you will be used for the following purposes:

a. management of the website by the Data Controller;

b. compliance with legal obligations that we are responsible for regarding the administration, management and logistics of the training courses you wish to enrol in;

c. deliverance of the requested services, allowing effective management of relationships with customers/subscribers in order to respond to requests for information, assistance, suggestions and/or specific needs reported by you;

d. registration in the archives of teaching activities, events and relations with the public; And to accredit you at events promoted by our company

f. Sending communications relating to the services offered, newsletters and personalised news, containing material and promotional initiatives relating to your activities, services, courses and events using traditional methods (telephone calls with an operator) or using automated methods (e-mail)

Treatment methods

The processing will be carried out in an automated and/or manual manner, with methods and tools, in compliance with the security measures referred to in the art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of the Privacy Code (articles 33-36 of the Code), in compliance with the provisions of the articles. 29 GDPR 2016/679.

Security measures will be used to guarantee the confidentiality of the interested party to whom such data refers and to avoid undue access to third parties or unauthorized personnel.

Storage

We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes, and minimisation of data, pursuant to Art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the times prescribed by law.

Nature of the Contribution

The provision of data is optional; however, any refusal to provide them or lack of consent to their processing will make it impossible for the Company to proceed with the provision of the services offered, the impossibility of receiving communications relating to the initiatives, courses, and events of interest, and the impossibility of the Owner to aggregate and analyse the information collected via the website to improve the offer.

Scope of communication and dissemination

The data collected will not be disclosed; personal data, in relation to the above purposes, may be communicated to the following recipients:

Consultants external to the Company in charge of tax processing and/or consultancy operations, as well as for administrative and financial purposes;

Subjects who carry out management activities of the Data Controller's IT system;

Third parties (for example, external collaborators and companies that provide specific instrumental services) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller in their capacity as external data controllers;

Public entities, judicial authorities, and entities to whom communication is mandatory by law.

These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.

In any case, the complete and updated list of the independent data controllers, the data processors appointed, and the recipients of the data for any reason (ex art. 4, n. 9, of the EU Regulation) can be requested at the offices of the Data Controller by emailing the address info@fashionphotographylab.com.

Transfer of data to third countries

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries; however, always for the organisational purposes of events and courses, we reserve the possibility of using Cloud services, and in this case, the service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by the art. 46 GDPR 2016/679

Pursuant to art. 4, no. 7, of the EU Regulation The Data Controller is the Company FashionPhotographyLab, in the person of its Legal Representative pro tempore. No internal or external Managers for Processing Personal Data have been appointed. Rights of the interested parts

At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and articles. 15-22 of the GDPR 2016/679, the right to:

· Request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;

· Obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;

· Obtain rectification and deletion of data;

· Obtain the limitation of treatment;

· Obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;

· Object to processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;

· Object to an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;

· File a complaint with the competent authorities regarding the protection of personal data if you perceive your rights to be violated.

We inform you that the Company undertakes to respond to any requests you may have within one month, except in the case of particularly complex requests, for which a maximum of 3 months could be required. In any case, the Company will explain the reason for the wait within one month of your request.

The Company, in compliance with art. 19 of the EU Regulation undertakes to inform the recipients to whom the interested party's personal data have been communicated of any corrections, cancellations or limitations of processing requested by the interested party, where this is possible.

Please note that the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the revocation.
